  • Heart health and cardiovascular disease
  • Blood pressure and cholesterol
  • Blood clotting and blood disorders
  • Diabetes, thyroid, and other hormone-related conditions
  • Lung and breathing conditions
  • Pre-surgical medical assessments
  • Liver disease and other internal medicine concerns
  • Basic obstetrical IM conditions (gestational diabetes, hypertension in pregnancy)

Patients are referred by their family doctor, nurse practitioner, midwife, hospital team or other specialist providers.
